Raw 'Rainforest' Hummus

This special raw hummus is made with sprouted chickpeas, sunflower oil, fresh coriander, tahini (sesame seeds), extra virgin olive oil, turmeric, herb salt, coriander seed, garlic powder, asafoetida. This delicious crunchy granola is made without wheat or sugar using sprouted organic buckwheat, freshly blended date paste, freshly chopped banana, blueberries, and a variety of organic seeds (flax, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame). Broccoli Sprout Juice

Broccoli Sprout Juice – 1 case (84 x 33ml bottles) - £120.00 (works out at £1.43 per bottle.) (R), (V), (WF), (GF), (SF) This juice is made in Wexford, Ireland in a unique production facility and is made to order to ensure freshness. The sprouts are grown in clinical conditions using a certified organic ocean mineral fertilizer and are then juiced using a low gear, slow speed grinder followed by a hydraulic press. The juice is then placed in phamaceutical grade bottles and subjected to ultra high pressure. This kills the bad bacteria without damaging the good stuff, including all the enzymes! Each bottle is given a best before of 10 weeks.

The scientific literature in relation to studies on broccoli sprouts is quite simply incredible. They contain a lot of sulfurophane glucosinolate (SGS) and antioxidants. More than 300 articles have been published in peer reviewed scientific journals saying that SGS is useful in the prevention or treatment of cancer, macular degeneration (eye disease), stomach ulcers, etc. Studies show that 3 – 4 day old broccoli sprouts contain 20 to 100 times the amount of sulphoraphane glucosinolate (SGS) found in mature broccoli heads.

A primary ingredient in the wheatgrass juice is the chlorophyll that gives the juice its distinctively green appearance. It not only possesses chlorophyll, but, amino acids, minerals, vitamins, and enzymes. Wheatgrass is a complete protein in that it contains all amino acids.
